Anki is the new member of our family and she is a very nice and happy girl. At the age of 12 months she is showing very good qualities and time will tell how skilled she will be!

In April -05 Anki, 11 months, enters her very first trial/competition.
And how she does it....she wins the young dogs class at SSRK/VL:s Working Test.
During the day there were only five top points awarded , all classes and all five stations counted, and Anki gets TWO of them!

Anki goes on trialling and winning:
at Elmia Game Fair Anki is the youngster in the team Hot Country who is competing in the Elmia Team Cup.
Judge is the famous ex head keeper at Sandringham, Mr Bill Meldrum, and during the first day he gives Anki top points for her marks and search. In the finals the next day, Anki is not that successful due to the difficulties she ran into....;-))

A couple of weeks later Anki wins the District Championships for Retrievers in Värmland.
She's getting top points at all stations and finishes the day by performing a wonderful search.

In August Anki makes a real success at her debute at FT, young dogs class.
She is awarded 1st prize with HP (Prize of Honour) and Best Dog at Trial.

In October -06 Anki makes her first run in the open class when she enters the Woirking Test in Värmland.
Her 94 pionts is the highest scoring of the whole test, all classes included.



Anki's sire is the wonderful english Field Trial Winner Tasco Brimstone - a dog who has made quite an impression here in his new home country by, in the same season, going all the way from the Beginners' class up to finishing his title: Swedish Field Trial Champion.
Furthermore, he was the winner of a Working Test and also a member of the team who won the Swedish Retriever Championships for Teams and concluded the season by getting to the finals at the Swedish Retriever Championships.

Anki's dam, Moorman's Look Twice, is a litter sister to our Tigra and so we know what qualities we can expect which would be very, very, very good.....
