Rassel needed just five shows to win three CC´s and gain the Show Champion title.

Rassel got 1st price, Price of Honour and Best Dog at Trial in both  young dogs class and  open class at Field Trials.

She has won prices in the Winner´s class.

Though Rassel was from the same litter as Russin she always had the role of little sister. Rassel naturally relinquished leadership to her big sister Russin and was satisfied with that. Somewhat in the shadow of her brown, shining sister, Rassel lived just as rich and active a life, only a little more anonymous.

Rassel was owner Bengt's dog and together they were an effective team at the hunt trials.
Rassel had natural talents (like her father Robin) when it came to search work--the more effort was needed and the heavier the search the more persistent and effective Rassel's search work was.

Rassel kept both her happy and slightly childish disposition and her trim figure her whole life.
The evening before the hot day in July when she left this world, almost 13 years old, all the dogs and we were down at our lake and made some retrieving. Rassel enjoyed herself fully and threw herself into the luke warm water. She ignored the fact that she had difficulty breathing, for she was once again doing the thing loved most: to fetch in water together with all her friends in the flock. A very good last evening.
